Russia sent heavy weapons with armored trains from Crimea to the cities where conflicts take place in the south of Ukraine. It was stated that the weapons loaded on trains guarded by Russian soldiers were sent to the Ukrainian city of Mariupol. It was noteworthy that the trains also had Soviet-made ZU-23-2 type anti-aircraft autocannons. The Russian Ministry of Defense has not yet made an official statement about the Russian trains carrying weapons.
