Kharkiv Governorate announced that the Russian army attacked the city. Kharkiv Governor Oleg Sinegubov said in a statement, “In the evening, the Slobodskoy district of Kharkiv was attacked. Unfortunately, 23 citizens, including children, were injured,” he said. Explaining that the SU-34 fighter jet belonging to the Russian Air Force was shot down during the day, Sinegubov announced that the pilot of the plane was captured.

Stating that they are constantly working on humanitarian aid, Sinegubov added, “Kharkov received 600 tons of food aid from Poland and the aid was distributed to the necessary places.”
