The State Emergency Service of Ukraine has started to conduct search operations in the cities of Ukraine’s Kyiv Oblast such as Bucha, Irpin, Vorzel and Hostomel , where the Russian army has withdrawn. The State Emergency Service of Ukraine announced that 4.3 hectares of area and 21 kilometers of highway were searched by 58 personnel and 18 technical vehicles. The Emergency Service stated that as a result of the searches, 4,997 bombs were found and that they would be safely disposed later.

On the other hand, The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has announced the number of military personnel and technical vehicles that the Russian army has lost since the beginning of the war. According to the latest data, 18,300 Russian soldiers were killed in 40 days, and 647 tanks, 1,844 armored military vehicles, 330 artillery systems, 107 multi-barrel rocket launchers, 54 air defense systems, 147 fighter aircraft, 134 helicopters, 92 Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV), 1,273 cars, 76 refueling tanks, 7 ships, 25 special equipment and 4 operational tactical rocket systems belonging to the Russian army were destroyed.
