Mariupol Mayor Vadym Boichenko stated that more than 100,000 people were trapped in the city and called on the international community to evacuate them. “Today, there are more than 100,000 people in Mariupol that we are planning to evacuate but could not evacuate. Therefore, today we ask the international community to unite for the complete evacuation of Mariupol residents,” said Boichenko, addressing the dangerous roads that have yet to be cleared of Russia forces.
