The fill rate of Lake Tortum located in Turkish city of Erzurum has reached 100 percent of its capacity. The increased fill rate in the lake also increased the water flow in Tortum Waterfall. As a result of the increased flow, a rainbow formed from the point where the water fell in the waterfall created a visual feast. “We invite all people to see this beauty,” a businessman from Erzurum, Fuat Demir said about the beautiful incident.
