Sky turned red on Saturday evening in Zhoushan, China’s Zhejiang province. In a statement made by the Zhoushan meteorological bureau, it was stated that the reason for the sky to turn red may be the refraction of light and the reflection of the light of the ships in the port. An official from the meteorology office stated that the weather was foggy and cloudy on the day of the incident, and the light may have been reflected from the low-level clouds.
