Russian army continues its attacks on civilian settlements across the Ukraine. The Russian army once again targeted the Luhansk oblast of Ukraine. After the attack, many civilian settlements were damaged and 13 civilians lost their lives. “The enemy continues their attacks near Lysychansk and Severodonetsk. 13 people died, including 12 civilians in Severodonetsk and 1 civilian in Hirske,” Luhansk Oblast Governor Serhiy Haidai said in his statement on his social media account after the attack.
