Russia strikes public building in Kharkiv

The Russian army carried out a rocket attack on a public building in the city of Lozova in the Kharkiv region of Ukraine. Seven people, including an 11-year-old child, were injured in the attack, authorities said. The building was severely damaged and became unusable.
