BAYKAR Technology, the manufacturer of TB-2 Drones, announced the successful completion of the first firing test of the new advanced UCAV Bayraktar AKINCI in Turkey. The Wing Assisted Guidance Kit being manufactured by TÜBİTAK SAGE, and weighing 340-pound, hit the target 30 km away with high precision.
“The electro-optical camera on AKINCI and the telemetry antennas on the ground confirmed that the 340 kg ammunition kit hit the target 30 km away with high precision,” BAYKAR Technology announced on its website.
