Flood emerged in Sudan caused 80 citizens around 6 states to lose their life. Council of Ministers announced state of emergency for the 6 states; Gezira, Nile River, White Nile, West Kordofan, South Darfur, and Kassala. Council of Ministers asked the official and popular organizations to demand internal and foreign aid for the casualties of the incident.
According to United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, nearly 136.000 Sudanese have been affected by floods and heavy rains since June.
