Downpour in Texas led to flood in Dallas, Texas. The flood caused roads to submerge in water and blocked the cars from moving. A 60 years old woman trapped in her car found dead after flood level decreased.
National Weather Service stated that heavy rain and storm will continue until tomorrow and warned southern Oklahoma, northern Louisiana and Mississippi about incoming flood.
Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa arrived in Aleppo to meet with a delegation of scholars to discuss ways to strengthen the committee’s role in Syria. Later, he attended the “Aleppo is the Key to Victory” event at Aleppo Castle, honoring Syrian soldiers and families of martyrs.
In his speech, al-Shara stated, “Our war against oppressors has ended, but our war against poverty has begun,” emphasizing Aleppo’s critical economic importance in Syria’s recovery.
