According to Civil Protection Agency of Mexico, the 7.4 magnitude earthquake in Michoacan, Mexico took 2 lives as of yesterday, leaving 10 injured behind. More than 200 buildings were damaged by the earthquake.
The earthquake occurred only about 45 minutes after the National Earthquake Exercise held across the country, and as a strong tremor was felt in the capital, Mexico City, earthquake alarms were activated.
