A gunman opened fire on a draft office in the Russian town of Ust-Ilimsk, in the Irkutsk oblast. Ruslan Zinin, a 25-year-old man, was apprehended by security forces shortly after the incident. According to Governor Igor Kobzev, the head of the draft office was critically injured and was taken to the hospital.
The human cost of Israel’s airstrikes on Iran is becoming clearer. According to Iranian media, 78 people were killed and 329 injured in the attacks on Tehran. The East Azerbaijan Province Crisis Management Directorate reported that 5 people were killed and 12 injured in Tabriz.
