Gunmen attacked the town hall in the city of Totolapan, in the Mexican state of Guerrero. A large number of police and first aid teams were sent to the scene. According to the authorities’ statement, 19 people were killed in the attack, including Totolapan Mayor Conrado Alameda Mendoza and his father, and 3 people were injured.
Los Tequileros, a criminal organization, claimed responsibility for the attack in a video posted on social media.
