US State Department Spokesperson Vedant Patel stated during daily press briefing that Iran-made drones were used by Russia in Ukraine. “There is extensive proof of their use by Russia against both military and civilian targets,” he said. Patel also stated that France and the UK presented their assessment that Iran’s supply of drones to Russia violated UN Security Council Resolution 2231, adding, “This is something we agree on,” he said.
