In France, all restrictions are being lifted today as the fourth stage of normalization process except for indoor concerts and festivals. Although many restrictions have been lifted after decrease in the number of cases, social distance will prevail. There will be no restrictions on the number of people in public facilities such as shops, gyms, swimming pools, restaurants, cinemas, theatres, wedding venues or museums.

Landslides triggered by heavy rain have killed 7 people and left at least 21 missing in southern China. In Guizhou province, 2 were confirmed dead and 19 are still unaccounted for in Qingyang village, where rescue efforts involving 400 personnel continue. Authorities issued alerts for nearby Hunan and Jiangxi provinces, warning of further landslide risks. Similar rainfall last week killed 7 in Guangdong and Guangxi.
