Heavy rains in the city of Jounieh north of Lebanese capital Beirut, caused severe flooding. Homes and workplaces were flooded while many vehicles were stranded in the waters.
Civil defense teams rescued many drivers trapped in their vehicles due to flood waters.
No casualties or injuries have been recorded but major property damage was reported.
