Saying his visit to Russia during last week has been more efficient than expected, Musadik Malik, the minister in charge of oil in Pakistan, announced at a press conference that Russia will sell crude oil and diesel fuel to Pakistan at discounted prices.
Stating that Russia is suffering from a shortage of liquefied natural gas (LNG) due to international pressure, Malik said, “Russians held a meeting with our private companies. The negotiations between their delegations and our delegations have also started. The Russian government is establishing new factories for LNG production, and they invited us to sign an agreement for 2025 and 2026,”.
