Muharrem Ulutaş, the President of the Sorgun Village Association of Keles district in Turkiye’s Bursa, opened a museum for the old belongings from grandparents of locals after seeing them getting thrown away.
Ulutaş exhibited the items at the place he provided so that they could be visited. Children and foreign tourists now have the chance to get to know the items used by older generations who lived in the village a hundred years ago.
“Many people come to the village to visit this museum. Young people wonder what items old people used. We continue to collect items in our museum, which can be visited free of charge. ” says Ulutaş.
