In the US, a sandstorm occurred in the Utah state on Sunday afternoon caused 20 vehicle pile-up on Interstate 15 highway near the town of Kanosh. Seven people were killed, and several people were taken to the hospital in critical condition. Ground and air ambulances were used to transport the crash victims.
The highway was partially closed till Sunday night. Traffic was redirected from the crash site.

Monsoon rains have claimed 17 lives in Pakistan, with flash floods hitting Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provinces.
