A wild leopard attacked and injured 13 people, including a women and children at the Rain Forest Research Institute in Jorhat, Assam, India. According to Police Chief Mohan Lal Meena, 3 of the injured were institute employees, and all of the injured were transferred to a local hospital.
The leopard most likely came from the nearby forest and entered the Institution, according to local sources.
