During Sunday service, a bomb attack killed at least 10 people and wounded 39 at the Protestant Church located in the eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo on the Ugandan border. Army Spokesperson Anthony Mualushay said the “terrorist act” was likely to be carried out by the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF), a Ugandan armed group that has been linked to ISIS.
