One passenger was killed and 4 others were injured in an explosion on a passenger train departing from Quetta, Balochistan, to Peshawar, Pakistan. According to police officer Mian Mahboob, the blast occurred as the train was passing through the Punjabi city of Chichawatni, and its actual cause is not yet known.

Police and bomb squad at the scene continue their investigation.
