Speaking on the ongoing war with Russia at the 56th Munich Security Conference held in Germany, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said that Ukraine has become the personal obsession of Russian President Vladimir Putin and that they will continue to have problems as long as he continues to rule Russia.

He also appealed to Western countries and demanded the continuation of the supply of military equipment and financial support, as well as sanctions against Russia that had been made against Ukraine during the war.
