Ömerol Stream in Türkiye’s Adıyaman province overflowed due to heavy rain, causing flooding. Coordinator Governor Gökmen Çiçek said in a statement that as a result of the disaster, a person lost his life and three are missing.
“The people who disappeared in the flood were staying in a container they set up in their own yard. The flood waters dragged the container away. We are carrying out a search operation with 10 teams in an area of approximately 25 kilometers for the 3 missing people,” added Governor Çiçek.
