Chavista supporters and militants marched to mark 21 years since Hugo Chavez’s return to power following the coup against him in Caracas, Venezuela. The President of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro, took part along with First Lady Cilia Flores and delivered a speech at the massive rally. Additionally, the Governor of the State of Tachira, Freddy Bernal, Deputy Diosdado Cabello, Vice President of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela, and Mayor of the Caracas municipality, Libertador Carmen Melendez, attended the march.
