A Powerful 6.2 Magnitude Earthquake Strikes Istanbul

A 6.2 magnitude earthquake struck off the coast of Silivri in Istanbul, shortly after a 3.9 tremor in the same area. According to Türkiye’s Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD), the quake was felt across neighboring provinces. No casualties have been reported so far.
