Ihlas News Agency (IHA) is an international news agency founded in 1993, and headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey. The company has grown significantly from it roots as a domestic text and video service, now employing staff throughout the Middle East, Europe, Asia and the Americas.

Offering both news gathering and satellite transmission services, IHA built its reputation on big stories in the world’s hot spots by getting there fast and helping our clients get the job done.

While we still move fast on breaking news, we are in the midst of an expansion plan to broaden the areas where we have a permanent presence. In that connection, IHA opened new offices with studios in Berlin, London and Washington in 2009. That brings the number of studios in our worldwide network to 12. Together with our existing facilities, these new offices will allow us to better serve our clients’ global news coverage needs on a daily basis.

For events in the field, IHA has a fleet of 20 SNG trucks and flyaways. This gives us the mobility we need to rapidly deploy our teams to cover the news wherever it happens.

IHA offers an extensive range of services including SNG facilities, live shots, tape playout, field camera crews, ENG crew, editing operations, and studio facilities with live and tape transmission capabilities.
