Antalya Fire Battle Continues

The forest fire in Antalya continues on its fourth day. Aerial firefighting efforts are ongoing, especially in the deep valleys at the peak of Beydağı Coastal National Park. An increase in temperature and humidity has helped with firefighting efforts, but the steep and rocky terrain has made land intervention impossible, necessitating water drops from aircraft. As the fire persists in upper Göynük, emergency teams remain on high alert.
