An armed attack on Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) workers in Mexico killed two workers and injured two others. A vehicle belonging to CFE was set on fire. Following the attack, workers for the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) went on strike in the nearby city of Hermosillo.

The attack was allegedly organized by gang members, and an investigation is still underway to find the attackers.
