A waterfall, called “Delikli Kaya” (Hole Rock) by the locals, attracts tourists from Turkey and the world to Artvin, in the northeastern corner of Turkey. The surroundings of the waterfall, which flows through the hole that is formed in the rock, will be renewed for tourism. The project will be carried out by the local municipality, where the needs of the visitors will be met, including parking lots and walking tracks in the area.

Following restoration, Ünye Castle in Türkiye’s Black Sea region has drawn 35,000 local and foreign tourists in just two weeks. Reopened with a unique rail-access historical corridor and open six days a week, the site has quickly become a key regional attraction. Officials expect visitor numbers to rise further during the summer.
