Two people died in an avalanche at the Courmayeur ski resort in Italy’s Aosta Valley region. The avalanche struck on Sunday, trapping three skiers under the snow.
One skier died at the scene, while another died en route to hospital. The third was injured and taken to Le Molinette Hospital in Turin
