The Azerbaijani Ministry of Internal Affairs stated that Armenian forces started intentional fires and destroyed documents, evidence, and archives in various administrative buildings in Khankendi city in Azerbaijan’s Karabakh region.

“Relevant institutions of Azerbaijan provide humanitarian aid to our citizens of Armenian origin and do not ignore calls for help. After the successful completion of local anti-terrorism measures in the Karabakh economic region, all areas were taken under full control. Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Defense are taking comprehensive measures to ensure the rule of law in the region,” said the relevant state institutions of Azerbaijan.
