The Historic Janissary Band (Mehter Takımı) of the Ministry of National Defense of Turkey participated in the celebrations of the anniversary of the victory in the Second Karabakh War in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, and the celebration of the liberation and Victory Day of Shusha on November 8th. The janissary band performed Azerbaijani and Turkish anthems for Azerbaijani audience attracted great attention. A fireworks display will also be held as part of the Victory Day celebrations in the capital, Baku.

The court also imposed a 5-year political ban on Le Pen, which means she will not be able to run in the 2027 presidential elections.
Le Pen, who was President Emmanuel Macron’s main rival in the previous elections, had previously accused prosecutors of seeking her “political death.”
