A team of 150 people, 40 fire trucks and BE-200CS amphibious aircraft sent to Turkey in order to keep supporting the fight against forest fires. The aircraft takes 12 tons of water in 20-25 seconds, and is discharged to the fire area from a height of 50 meters. The efficiency of the aircraft is very effective, said Javid Gahramanov, an official of the ministry of emergency situations of Azerbaijan.
The first destination of the team, which will stay in Turkey until the fires are extinguished, will be Dalaman, Muğla.
