President Aliyev underscored the shared cultural and religious values between the nations, noting that the support for Karabakh’s reconstruction is a testament to their brotherly relations. He also mentioned that during Armenia’s nearly 30-year occupation, numerous cities and settlements were destroyed, but large-scale rebuilding efforts are now underway, enabling displaced citizens to return to their homeland.
