Azerbaijani activists and environmental non-governmental organizations continue their protests in the Lachin Corridor to prevent the illegal use of natural resources in the territory of Azerbaijan, where the Russian peacekeeping force is temporarily deployed.

An activist who stated that they gathered to put an end to ecological terrorism caused by Armenians said, “We object to the illegal plundering of our natural resources and those who allow it. We demand that our experts be given the opportunity to conduct ecological research. We are here until our demands are accepted.”

The Azerbaijan Ministry of Foreign Affairs had sent a note to Russia regarding the situation earlier, and that it was unacceptable to prevent the visit or impose any conditions.
