Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, alongside his wife Mehriban Aliyeva and daughter Arzu Aliyeva, visited Khojaly, recently liberated from Armenian occupation. Addressing residents, Aliyev said that Armenia acknowledge and apologize for the atrocities committed in Khojaly. He also discussed the reconstruction efforts, including new projects, restoration work, and the construction of a Khojaly Monument. Aliyev emphasized accelerating these efforts and announced that migration to Khankendi will commence in September, starting with students and teachers, with Karabakh University set to open.
