The Afyonkarahisar Nature Conversation team found a tired a baby eagle in the woods. The eagle was treated at the Wildlife Rescue Center at Afyon Kocatepe University in the province for a short time. Following treatment, the eagle was released back into the wild.
A full moon rising over Lake Van in the Ahlat district of Türkiye’s Bitlis province created a breathtaking spectacle as it reflected off the calm waters. Locals and visitors gathered along the lakeshore to witness and photograph the scene, with many describing it as an unforgettable moment.
Nature photographer Şahin Şerefoğlu, who captured the moonrise at Ahlat Pier, said, “We’re in one of the most beautiful places to watch the full moon. We invite all nature lovers to experience this view.”
Travelers from other regions, including Şanlıurfa, also came to enjoy the view, turning the lakeside into a popular spot for moon gazing and photography.
