The 12th Bangladeshi general election that 28 parties, including the ruling Awami League, are racing started today at 08:00 local time. A total of 119 million registered voters in the country are expected to go to more than 42,000 election centers until 16:00.
Analyses indicate that the Awami League, led by Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, will come to power for the fourth time in a row.
