Security measures have been increased at Jewish institutions in Berlin, Germany, following a deadly attack targeting Jews at a Hanukkah event on Bondi Beach in Australia. Berlin Interior Minister Iris Spranger announced that heavy vehicle-stopping barriers have been installed in front of synagogues, schools, museums, and community centers to prevent potential car attacks, with €1.5 million allocated for the measures.
