As England enters 2022 with magnificent fireworks displays and celebrations, the Big Ben clock tower in capital London reopened with bells ringing in the first minutes of the new year after it’s restoration work has been completed. Being located at the Palace of Westminster and also known as Elizabeth Tower, the Big Ben had been under restoration from 2017. After the restoration works were completed in the clock section yesterday, the sounds of bells started to rise with the first minutes of 2022 from clock tower. Meanwhile the Big Ben clock tower in England was designed in 1859 to be the most accurate clock in the world, and over time it became a touristic symbol of London.
