A bomb attack was carried out at 11.30 am today during an event at which journalists were to be honored at the Tibian Cultural Center in the city of Mazar-i-Sharif in the north of Afghanistan. Abdul Nafi Takor, spokesperson of the Ministry of Interior, stated that a security guard was killed and that three children and five journalists were injured in the attack. No one has claimed responsibility for the attack yet.
Three people, including Governor Dawood Muzamil, lost their lives in the attack carried out by the terrorist organization DEASH at the governor’s office in Balkh province two days ago.
