A bomb attack was carried out during a ceremony held in the gymnasium of Mindanao State University in the Philippines. Following the incident, four people were killed and 42 others were injured. The university administration, which suspended education after the attack, said that they would provide support and care for the casualties. An investigation has been launched into the incident.
