A fire broke out on a diving boat near Thailand’s Koh Tao island, killing 26-year-old British tourist Alexandra Clarke. The boat, carrying 22 people, caught fire while diving tanks were being filled, causing explosions. Clarke was reportedly in the toilet at the time.
Eyewitnesses said some tourists jumped into the sea in panic. The burned boat has been towed for investigation.
