A bus going from Istanbul to Giresun in Türkiye lost control and crashed into a parked truck loaded with goods in Samsun, killing the bus driver and injuring 16 passengers.
The injured were taken to various hospitals in Samsun by ambulance and treated.
“I was going from Istanbul to Giresun to a funeral. I was sleeping in the back seat. Then I heard a rumble and it was chaotic afterwards,” said a survivor.
