A bus in Bolivia crashed off an 800-meter cliff in the town of Yocalla, killing 31 people and injuring at least 14, including four children.
Police suspect the accident was caused by the driver losing control on the winding mountainous road. An investigation has been launched. Bolivia records an average of 1,400 traffic fatalities annually.
