A century-old village that was submerged under water with the construction of the Pusat-Özen Dam in the Hafik district of Sivas has resurfaced due to drought and that its water was partially transfered to another dam. Locals who previously lived in the village and came back to visit had emotional moments when they saw the ruins of their homes that emerged years later.
