Çimenli Canyon in Gümüşhane, Türkiye, has become a top destination for nature and adventure enthusiasts this summer. The canyon, known for its striking rock formations, cool weather, and crystal-clear waters, is attracting visitors, particularly from mountaineering clubs in Trabzon. This week, the Gümüşhane Mountaineering, Nature Sports, and Youth Association (GÜDAK) organized a hike through the canyon, where 19 athletes braved waist-deep waters and explored the stunning natural landscape. The trek, which spanned 9.5 kilometers, included a refreshing swim in natural stone pools and a walk through a forested area, highlighting the unique beauty of this Turkish gem.
