Russian authorities reported 11 suspects related to the armed attack and arson on the Crocus City Hall in Krasnogorsk, Moscow region were detained. Four of the detainees were reported to be the assailants who carried out the attack.
The number of deaths increased to 115 and it was stated that the loss of life may increase. Over a hundred people are still being treated at hospitals.
